• Your device model and operating system version;
• The app version, found in the app’s settings;
• A description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed and refunded through Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account.
